He and Amber have been happily married for 13 years. As the 'Dynamic Duo' of E3, they equally share a passion for supporting children in foster care even before they were married. Marvin is a proud and busy father of four young children. His mellow and loving personality bless all who are lucky enough to encounter him. Marvin can be characterized as a man of few words but the words that he does choose are so very powerful. His close attention to fine details gives all things E3 a special touch.
As an artist and outdoorsman (hiking, bicycling, and running), he understands what it means first-hand to do the things that you enjoy in life.

Marvin can frequently be spotted doing the heavy lifting at events, painting and playing games with the kids, and contributing to the organization’s ideas and its success.
According to Amber, his wife and founder of E3 AZ Foundation, "If it weren't for Marvin, E3 AZ Foundation would not exist. Marvin believed in my vision so much, that he made it possible for me to leave my full-time career to focus on my passion."
